Vincent这首歌是我很喜欢的。而且有好多个版本。像Don Mclean和Josh Groban等人都唱过。但最喜欢的版本不用说，肯定是Don Mclean的，不仅他是原唱，而且他是才华横溢的创作型歌手，号称是音乐界的凡高，这首歌不仅仅是写给凡高，也是写给他自己的，是他心情的流露。Josh Groban也是我非常喜欢的一个歌手，他自己说Don Mclean是一个非常棒的创作歌手，他唱的这首歌里面他有着他对前辈的敬意。但他的唱腔太华丽，唱这首歌的时候让我听着有点不习惯。
Vincent的歌词也很深刻，尤其是那几句：Now I understand，what you tried to say to me，how you suffered for you sanity，how you tried to set them free，they did not listen，they did not know how，perhaps they'll listen now……
另外，他的American Pie也是我最喜欢的歌曲之一。
